Delivery Information

Please allow 5 working days for processing and despatch of your product/s, although we aim to despatch much quicker but despatch could be delayed if a public holiday is the following week or there is very hot weather which could harm the plants during delivery. You will be contacted if we choose to delay due to adverse weather.

Smaller items will be sent using Royal mail but larger items like Sarracenia during their growing period will be sent via Hermes as a lot of the plants will be very tall which are too big for Royal Mail.

Sarracenia, Dionaea and Drosera will be sent bare root ready for you to pot on in to appropriate compost mix.  Other plants will be sent potted.
